《探索》是美国国家高等教育运动学协会(NAKHE)的官方期刊。它是高等教育中运动机能学专业人员跨学科学术的领先期刊。Quest提供了一个公共论坛,学术,创造性思维,和研究相关的广泛利益举行的教师和领导人在高等教育今天。Quest出版:1)解决与运动机能学领域相关和有意义的问题和关注的手稿; 2)原始研究报告,解决经验问题,是在高等教育的背景下,并持有意义的广泛的教师和管理人员在运动机能学;以及3)对运动机能学中的一个或多个子学科感兴趣的文献和/或研究的综述。Quest不发表以体育为主题的论文(例如:业余的、大学的、专业的),这些都是在高等教育中的运动机能学之外的背景。
