代谢物(英语:Metabolites)(ISSN 2218-1989)是一本国际性的、同行评审的、开放获取的代谢和代谢组学杂志。《代谢物》发表代谢组学、代谢生物化学、计算和系统生物学、生物技术和医学等领域的所有代谢分子方面的原创研究文章和综述文章,特别关注代谢物和小分子生物标志物的生物学作用。Metabolites鼓励科学家尽可能详细地发表他们的实验和理论结果。因此,对文章长度没有限制。必须提供足够的实验细节,以使结果能够准确重现。代表附加图形、材料和方法说明或支持性结果和证据的电子材料可作为补充材料与主手稿一起提交。
