《营养学杂志》发表了监测、流行病学和干预研究,阐明了i)影响(例如,家庭、环境)对饮食模式的影响; 2)饮食模式与健康之间的关系; 3)改善人群饮食模式的策略。该杂志也欢迎报告心理测量学特性的手稿(例如,有效性、可靠性)和方法的可行性(例如,用于评估饮食摄入)。此外,将考虑对照试验和队列研究的研究方案,重点是评估饮食暴露和结果以及干预成分的方法。鼓励从整体上考虑饮食模式的手稿,而不是孤立地关注特定饮食成分的单纯简化方法。还鼓励从整体或系统的角度来理解营养干预措施可能产生的补偿性和差异性影响的论文。该杂志不考虑动物研究。除了饮食模式对人类健康的影响,我们还邀请研究提供对饮食实践的环境可持续性的见解。此外,还鼓励采取整体观点,例如,通过考虑饮食模式如何最大限度地增进人类和地球的健康。
