生物界面强调生物材料和生物界面的定量表征。作为一个跨学科期刊,化学、物理、生物、工程、理论和/或建模的坚实基础被纳入原创文章、评论和固执己见的论文。除了定期投稿外,该杂志还定期推出专门针对特定主题并由该领域专家编辑的“焦点”部分。《生物界面》是一本国际性的学术期刊。生物界面在PubMed和科学引文索引(Clarivate Analytics)中被编入索引。被接受的论文在证明处理后立即出现在网上,并每天上传到关键的引用源。该期刊基于混合订阅和开放获取模式:一般来说,作者可以免费出版,但如果作者希望出版开放获取,他们可以支付适度的费用。主题包括:生物表面修饰纳米生物界面蛋白质表面相互作用细胞表面相互作用体内和体外系统生物膜/生物污染生物传感器/生物诊断芯片上的生物涂层界面光谱生物摩擦学/生物流变学分子识别环境诊断方法界面建模粘附现象。
