等离子体源科学与技术(PSST)报告了在所有气压和等离子体密度范围内工作的低温等离子体和电离气体,电离程度各不相同。PSST的重点是通过理论、计算或实验技术阐明的这些等离子体、其来源以及由其引发或维持的物理和化学过程的基础科学。PSST还报告了研究低温等离子体所需的新的实验或理论推导的基本数据(例如,截面、输运系数)。与这些等离子体的技术和应用有关的报告应与等离子体状态中发生的科学和基本过程密切联系。
