《作物研究》是一份同行评审期刊,以英语发表原创研究论文、综述文章和简短通讯,涉及作物科学、农业水管理、农业气候学、农林复合系统、农学、作物生产、作物保护、种植制度、食品科学与技术、遗传学与植物育种、园艺学、植物与土壤科学、植物生物技术、植物营养、作物收获后管理、种子科学、土壤管理和耕作、蔬菜、杂草科学、农业工程、农业综合企业、农业经济学和推广、期刊的目的是为科学界提供一个发表最新研究成果的论坛。提交发表的文稿不应包含自提交日期起超过四年的数据。在本期刊上发表的论文不应同时在其他期刊上发表。未经版权保持器事先许可,这些资料不得载有任何版权资料。文章必须全面介绍调查工作,不应分拆。如文章篇幅完整,则不限页数。然而,建议作者将文章的长度控制在4 - 10个完整的期刊印刷页。文章应分为以下几个小节:摘要、引言、材料和方法、结果和讨论、结论和参考文献。表和图应分别附在末尾。
