《松果体研究杂志》是一个论坛,内容涉及所有脊椎动物松果体或其激素产品的任何方面的基础、应用和临床研究的原始科学成果。该杂志还充分考虑了褪黑激素在非脊椎动物物种、植物和微生物中的生物学功能和活性。发表的基本标准是科学重要性、新奇性和及时性,以及表述的清晰度。如果发现是基于可靠的、新的实验观察,那么与目前公认的想法相反或与实际教条不同的实验数据将被考虑。所有提交的论文必须是完整的。如果发现对理解松果体和褪黑激素研究的某些方面有显著贡献,则病例报告将被考虑。这是该杂志的明确目标,以服务松果体和褪黑激素的研究人员在所有学科。
