材料力学是一个关于地球物理学、岩土工程和技术材料的流动、断裂和一般本构行为的原创科学研究的论坛,平衡覆盖先进技术和天然材料,平衡覆盖理论、实验和现场调查。特别关注的是基于微观模型的宏观预测、从有限的总体宏观数据中识别微观结构、导致对材料行为的基本理解的实验和现场结果、以及最终形成具有预测质量的理论的协调的实验和分析研究。
