《海洋微体古生物学》(Marine Micropaleology)是一本国际性期刊,发表与海洋微体化石相关的生态学与古生态学、生物学与古生物学、古海洋学与古气候学、环境监测、埋藏学、进化和分子系统发育等领域的原创性、创新性和重要科学论文。该杂志强烈鼓励发表利用海洋微化石和/或其化学成分来解决基本地质、环境和生物问题的文章。然而,它不发表纯粹的地层学或分类学论文。在海洋微体古生物学中,有一个特别的部分专门介绍使用海洋微体化石的新方法和协议的简短论文。我们征集海洋微体古生物学热点问题的特刊,并及时评论主题文章。
