《植物病理学杂志》 (JPP或JPPY) 是意大利植物病理学学会 (SiPAV) 的主要出版物,并以全长论文,简短通讯,疾病笔记和评论文章的形式发表原创文章,涉及真菌学,细菌学,病毒学,植物细胞学,生理植物病理学,植物-致病相互作用、收获后病害、非传染性疾病和植物保护。植物保护提交需要体内结果。抗病性和基因定位的品种试验没有发表在该杂志上,除非这些发现已经在疾病管理的战略方法的背景下使用。然而,确定与毒力有关的实际基因的研究与该杂志的主题有关,并且可能会提交。该杂志在其编辑选择部分强调了特别及时或新颖的贡献,这些贡献出现在每卷的开头。对疾病或病原体的调查应作为 “简短通讯” 提交。
