国际骨科，国际骨科协会的官方杂志，出版来自世界各地的原创论文。这些文章涉及临床骨科手术或与骨科手术直接相关的基础研究。国际骨科也将通过一个与SICOT相关的插页将SICOT的所有成员联系起来。最后，预计有关整形外科所有方面的新闻和信息，包括会议、小组讨论、教学课程，将引起读者注意。提交出版的手稿必须包含以下声明: 所有人体研究均已获得适当的伦理委员会的批准，因此已按照《赫尔辛基1964宣言》中规定的道德标准进行。案文中还应明确指出，所有人在纳入研究之前均已知情同意。可能披露被研究对象身份的细节应省略。动物实验报告必须说明遵循 “实验动物护理原则” (美国国立卫生研究院第85-23号出版物，1985修订)，以及适用的具体国家法律 (例如德国保护动物法律的当前版本)。编辑保留拒绝不符合上述要求的手稿的权利。提交人将对虚假陈述或未能满足上述要求负责。
