从广义上讲,《药代动力学和药效学杂志》涵盖了药物计量学领域。该杂志致力于阐明药物动力学、药效学和药物计量学在药物开发、临床护理和药物作用理解中的重要性。该杂志发表了与药物计量学相关的各种主题,包括但不限于临床、实验和理论论文,研究药物处置动力学和药物在人体、动物、体外或计算机模拟中的作用;建模和模拟方法,包括优化设计;精准医疗;系统药理学;数学药理学(包括计算生物学、生物工程学和与药理学、药代动力学或药效学相关的生物物理学)。欢迎发表包含群体药代动力学-药效学关系的临床论文。该杂志积极邀请和促进药物计量学研究的新兴领域,如现实世界证据、生活质量分析和人工智能。《药代动力学和药效学杂志》是国际药物计量学学会的官方杂志。
