《当前观点》期刊的发展是出于这样一种认识,即专家越来越难以跟上其学科中发表的不断扩大的信息量。在环境可持续发展的当前观点中,我们通过系统地提供以下内容来帮助读者:1.专家们对环境可持续性的当前进展的看法以一种清晰可读的形式。2.《环境可持续发展的最新观点》旨在通过整合区域和全球系统的典型维度、人类-环境互动和管理挑战,追踪一个新的创新性可持续发展科学学科的出现。《环境可持续发展的当前观点》强调了实际跨学科的可持续发展研究方法、其提供的解决方案及其传播和应用。环境可持续发展主题分为6个主题的年度问题。每个主题都有助于识别、理解和解决可持续性问题,并且不相互排斥。重叠是由于将所有可持续性科学维度和方法结合起来的实际复杂性造成的。主题是:1.环境变化问题; 2.环境变化评估; 3.系统动力学和可持续性; 4.可持续性治理和转型; 5.可持续性挑战; 6.可持续发展科学。
