《食品保护杂志》（JFP）是一份由国际食品保护协会（IAFP）出版的英语国际性科学月刊。JFP发表有关食品保护和安全各个方面的研究和评论文章。跟踪、检测（包括传统的、分子的和实时的）、灭活和控制食品相关的危害，包括微生物（包括抗生素抗性）、微生物（霉菌毒素、海鲜毒素）和非微生物毒素（重金属、农药、兽药残留、食品包装的迁移物和加工污染物）、过敏原和害虫（昆虫、啮齿动物）在整个食物链中的人类食品、宠物食品和动物饲料;食品微生物质量和传统/新的食品微生物质量检测方法;通过食品防腐剂和热/非热工艺，包括工艺验证，防止与食品有关的危害和食品腐败;食品发酵和食品相关益生菌;在收获前、收获后、分配和消费期间的安全食品处理做法，包括对零售商、食品服务和消费者的食品安全教育;食品相关危害的风险评估;食品相关危害、食源性疾病、食物损失、食物腐败和掺假食品的经济影响;食品欺诈、食品认证、食品防御和食源性疾病爆发调查。
