《信息社会中的普遍访问》(Universal Access in the Information Society,UAIS)是一份国际性、跨学科的审稿期刊,旨在征集原创研究论文,以解决任何人、任何地点、任何时间、通过任何媒体和设备对信息社会技术的可访问性、可用性以及最终的可接受性。普遍接入是指有意识和有系统地努力积极应用通用设计的原则、方法和工具,以开发所有公民,包括年幼者、老年人和不同类型残疾人都能获得和使用的信息社会技术,从而避免事后调整或专门设计的需要。该杂志的独特重点是技术和非技术性质的理论、方法和实证研究,涉及信息社会中潜在所有公民的公平准入和积极参与。
