基本信息

动物和饲料科学杂志（JAFS，J. Anim.饲料科学）自1991年起由波兰科学院动物生理学和营养学Kielanowski研究所出版。它是波兰语期刊Roczniki Nauk Rolniczych的续篇。Seria B，Zootechniczna由波兰科学院自1969年以来出版。JAFS是一份国际科学杂志，每季度出版，每年约40篇论文，包括原创论文，简短的通信和偶尔的评论。所有论文均经过同行评议，涉及动物育种和遗传学、营养生理学、动物饲养、饲料技术和食品保藏等领域的基础和应用研究。该杂志区分了生理学和营养学的多学科性质，因此包括与动物福利有关的所有领域的专业论文，包括分子和细胞生物学以及新兴的遗传学领域。
