《燃烧科学与技术》是一本国际性期刊,它提供开放的讨论,并及时发表构成燃烧领域的各个学科的新结果、发现和发展。编辑们邀请对火焰和火研究、火焰辐射、化学燃料和推进剂、反应流、热化学、材料合成、大气化学和与航空燃气轮机、化学火箭、冲压喷气发动机、汽车发动机、熔炉和环境研究有关的燃烧现象作出原创贡献。通过这样做,编辑们希望建立一个中心工具,用于快速交流来自与燃烧有关的许多不同领域的想法和结果。因此,期刊中包括了关于综合研究的完整论文,以及关于重要但尚未充分探索的理论或实验发展的通信,以及对已发表内容和年度累积索引的主动和征求意见。
